Shipping Policy

Immediately after you place an order with 1st Kicks Online Store, you will receive an email containing your order details. The order confirmation email serves as your receipt and may be printed for your records. It includes your order number, items ordered and prices paid, shipping address, and chosen shipping method. You can check the status of your order quickly using your order number and email address.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

We produce many items on demand. Our standard processing time is typically 1–3 business days to prepare your order for shipment; shipping time should be added on top of processing time. We strive to deliver orders promptly and reliably.

Approximately 98% of our orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the order date under normal conditions. Because many items are handcrafted or produced to order, the finished product may differ slightly from product photos. Please allow small variations (for example: pattern alignment or seams) that are inherent to manual production.

IMPORTANT: Delivery times vary by destination. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time. Transit estimates do not include processing time. Unexpected delays (e.g., high seasonal demand, carrier disruptions, customs clearance) can extend delivery times.

WHERE OUR ITEMS ARE MADE:

Production location depends on demand and your shipping address. We operate two production facilities (one in the USA and one in Asia). Most products are produced in the USA; however, if our US facility capacity is exceeded, an order may be fulfilled from our Asian facility. In all cases we maintain strict quality controls to ensure product quality meets our standards.

NOTE: If you order items of different styles or from different warehouses, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number (if available). Use the tracking number to monitor progress with the carrier. If tracking is not provided for your selected shipping method, please allow the estimated transit time and contact us if you have concerns.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or other import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. Customs processing can also add extra time to delivery.
